How to set up a recurring walk schedule
PawLoop calls a repeating booking a 'loop'. Set one up for clients who walk on the same days every week, and PawLoop generates the actual walks on the calendar automatically, 12 weeks ahead.
Open the Calendar
Go to Calendar in the sidebar. Recurring loops sit alongside your one-off walks and can also be managed from the Schedule view.

Start a new recurring loop
Open the New recurring loop dialog — the quickest way is to book the walk as normal first and click Make recurring, which carries across the client, pets, time and price. You can also start one from scratch if there's a schedule option available in your view.
Choose the client and pets
Select the client, then pick which of their pets join this loop. Only pets belonging to the selected client are shown.
Pick the walk type and walker
Choose the walk type — this sets the default duration and price — and pick which walker covers this loop.
Select the days of the week
Tick every weekday this loop should repeat on (for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The dialog shows how many walks a week that adds up to.
Set the time, start date and optional end date
Set the start time and duration, then choose when the loop starts. Leave the end date blank for an ongoing loop, or set one if it's only for a set period.
Check the price
The price per walk fills in from the walk type and number of pets, with any custom client pricing applied automatically. You can override it for this loop.
Save the loop
Click Save loop. PawLoop generates the individual walks on the calendar for the coming weeks — you don't need to book each one by hand.
