Built for independent dog walkers

Dog walker software for the whole working week

PawLoop is built around the way a dog walking business actually runs: the same dogs, the same days, the same households, the same invoices. One calm place for recurring walks, client and dog records, billing, expenses and reports, instead of a patchwork of calendars, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.

Starter is free forever. Solo and Team include a 14-day free trial. No card required. • 5,000+ weekly walks with PawLoop

A dog-walking walk is not a list of unrelated appointments. It is a repeating route, a set of household notes, a bundle of invoices and a stream of small changes, keys left in a different place, a dog off for the vet, a client who pays monthly by bank transfer. PawLoop treats the whole walk as one connected thing.

1, Clients and dogs

One household record, however many dogs

The built-in CRM gives every client a single household profile: address, access notes, vet and emergency contacts, billing details and the little things that usually live in a five-month-old WhatsApp thread. Each dog keeps its own profile, breed, age, temperament, medication, feeding notes, photos and the internal notes your clients never see.

New clients fill in their own details through a shareable onboarding link, so you're not typing addresses off a text message. Multi-dog households link to one client record but each pet keeps its own care notes, exactly how packs, pricing and walks actually work in practice.

2, The diary

See the next twelve weeks at once

Recurring walks are first-class in PawLoop, not 52 copy-pasted events. Define each dog's weekly template once, days, times, walk type, price, and the diary projects twelve weeks of bookings ahead. Skip a bank holiday, pause for a holiday, move a single occurrence: the pattern stays intact and resumes automatically.

The calendar is built for walkers, not hairdressers. Day view runs your morning like a route sheet, addresses, dogs, durations and payment status, with big tap targets for a phone in a wet coat pocket. Week view zooms out so you can spot a Thursday-afternoon gap or an overloaded Tuesday before you say yes to a new booking.

3, The working day

Run the day from your pocket

PawLoop is a mobile-first web app that installs to your home screen on iPhone and Android. No app store, no downloads, no separate version to keep updated. Open the day list, mark walks complete, add notes and check a gate code with wet gloves on.

Because the same schedule feeds the office view and the phone view, you are not re-typing the day's walks or carrying a printed sheet. Changes made on the move sync back to the main diary, so the whole business sees the same picture.

4, Billing and invoices

Invoice from the work you've done

Generate an invoice from completed walks rather than retyping the month from memory. Pick a client, select the work you want to bill, and PawLoop assembles the lines with dates, service types and prices, including any custom per-dog rates you've set for that household.

Invoices go out as branded emails that match what your client sees in their portal, complete with your logo, business address and footer note. Mark them sent, paid or overdue; overdue invoices flag themselves. Automatic billing is not a current feature, you stay in control of what gets sent and when.

5, Costs and reports

Know what the week actually earned

Log business expenses and recurring costs alongside income, so revenue figures are real profit figures rather than a top line. Reports cover revenue, walks, clients, pets, expenses and profitability over any date range. This week, this month, last quarter or dates you choose.

Expenses are available on every plan. Reporting is included on Solo and Team, where owners also get a weekly revenue summary and a daily walk list by email, so the numbers come to you.

The client experience

A branded portal for the people you walk for

Every business gets its own branded client portal. Customers log in to see upcoming walks, their pets' details, documents you've shared and their invoices, which answers most of the messages you'd otherwise be replying to at 9pm.

New clients fill in their own details, pets, vet and emergency contacts through a shareable onboarding link. Documents such as insurance, contracts and welcome packs live in a private hub and are shared with a client only when you choose. The notification centre sends branded emails to all or selected clients for holiday closures, weather changes and price updates.

The client portal and notification centre are included on Solo and Team.

What dog walkers say after moving their admin into PawLoop

Rated 5 out of 5 onTrustpilot

Running my business feels manageable again now

I'm a dog walker in Norwich who WAS seriously struggling with the amount of admin that comes with running a small business. Scheduling, invoicing, messaging customers... it was eating into my evenings, particularly at monthly invoicing time, and it was starting to affect how I felt about a job I otherwise absolutely love.

Then I found Pawloop and it has genuinely saved me!

The app is so easy to understand and really user-friendly. I can schedule all my walks into a clear diary, which my customers can also view, saving me even more time sending messages about their dog's walks. Then, when it comes to invoicing, it's pretty much done at the click of a button. It's saved me hours and hours of admin every month.

I'm also really impressed by the price. At £18 a month, it's affordable for a small dog walking business and worth every single penny (and more!) for the time it's given back to me.

Running my business feels manageable again now

I'm now back to spending my working day enjoying the dogs rather than thinking about the admin waiting for me at home, and, most importantly, my evenings can be spent actually being present with my family. You can't really put a price on that.

I've also loved being able to make a few suggestions about the app's functionality and seeing the Pawloop team listen and make updates incredibly quickly. It really feels like they're building the app alongside the people actually using it.

I've found this 100x easier and better than Peter Sitter Plus.

Thank you, Pawloop, you've made running my little business feel manageable again!
