Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients never log in. They complete your onboarding link in a browser, receive emails from you, and can be sent documents when you choose to share them.

Can I run a team on PawLoop?

Yes. Invite walkers, assign bookings, set role-based permissions so walkers see only their own schedule, and review every change in the audit log. Team management is on the Team plan.

Nothing to start — every feature is included and no payment card is required. Free access runs until 14 September 2026; after that you choose a plan (free Starter, Solo £18 or Team £25 a month) and add a card. New sign-ups after that date get a 14-day free trial, still with no card needed to start. Pet Sitter Plus publishes its own pricing on its website.

Set the weekly loop once

Recurring walks are the backbone. Create a loop for a client's dogs on their usual days and times and the calendar fills forward. Change a single day without unpicking the pattern, and group dogs walked together so the morning reads clearly.

Boarding sits on the same calendar, priced per night, and booking is boarding-aware so a dog already staying with you isn't double-charged for a walk during the stay.

03 — Setup

Running the same week, faster

Onboarding walks you through your walk types, prices per dog and billing day, and you're working in minutes. New clients can fill in their own details and dogs through a private link you share by text or WhatsApp — you review and approve, and everything is created for you.

04 — Admin

Invoicing, payments and paperwork

Insurance certificates, licences, contracts and welcome packs live in the document hub and are shared with a client only when you choose.

05 — Honest

Where we're not there yet

PawLoop is young software. There's no client booking app, no GPS tracking, no card collection from your clients in-product, and Xero bookkeeping is still in build. Text messaging in the notification centre is coming; email is live now.

The roadmap is public and our members vote on what comes next.
