Xero Integration
Connect PawLoop directly with your Xero account to help streamline your accounting in preparation for Making Tax Digital (MTD). This feature might take longer to become widely available as we will require a closed testing loop.

Easily get setup quickly by importing your existing clients into PawLoop in one go. Our easy to use tool lets you grab a template to match, or use your existing spreadsheet and map the fields to match the data in PawLoop. Already have clients setup? The tool will update any client information at the same time.

Automatic Billing
Setup automatic billing to generate all invoices on your own billing frequency. Bill weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, its total up to you. Configure how you send invoices, send directly to clients or have them all sent to you to send out, either way it's all automatic.

Booking Requests
A client can request a specific date and time for a walk, or request a recurring loop, or boarding dates. Instant notifications of requests. Putting you in control of your schedule. (Requires clients to have their own account via client portal)

Allow your clients to pay directly with their card via a link emailed directly to them. Removing the need to manually manage invoicing and tracking payments. Card processing fees will apply and will be announced when this feature is launched.

Automatically sync your PawLoop invoices to FreeAgent for a truly in-sync billing experience. Two-way communication means you can mark an invoice as paid in FreeAgent or PawLoop and both will stay in sync.
