Set up your way

Flexibility & Configuration for UK dog walkers

Set it up to match how you actually work.

No two dog walking businesses are priced the same. Some walkers charge per dog, some cap a group at five, some run a fun day at a different rate, some invoice weekly and some monthly. PawLoop doesn't force a shape on your business — the settings let you describe how you already work, and then every booking, price and invoice follows automatically.

Why it matters

What Flexibility & Configuration does for your business

  • Your own walk types and prices

Add as many services as you offer — Group Walk, Solo Walk, Puppy Visit, Fun Day — each with its own duration, price per pet, extra-pet rate, group size cap and colour on the calendar.

  • Boarding priced by length of stay

Set hourly bands for boarding — up to 4 hours, 4–6, 6–12 — with an extra-pet rate and a daily maximum. PawLoop works out the length of the stay and fills in the price for you.

  • Weekly or monthly billing, per client

Pick a primary billing cycle for the business and set both a monthly and weekly billing day. Any client who pays differently can be put on their own cycle from their profile.

  • Invoices and branding to match

Your logo, business details and payment terms flow into invoices, client emails and the client portal, so everything your clients see looks like you.

Walk types and services you define

Create a service for every thing you sell, with its duration, price, extra-pet rate, whether it's solo or a group, and how many pets can join. Each one gets a colour so the calendar reads at a glance. Prices are per pet per walk — book two dogs from one household and PawLoop does the maths, and you can still override the price on any single booking.

Boarding priced by the hour, capped by the day

Boarding types use hourly bands so a short daycare stay and an overnight are priced correctly from the same rules, with an extra-pet rate and a maximum daily charge so a long stay never runs away with itself.

A billing cycle that matches your clients

Set both a monthly and a weekly billing day and choose which is your primary cycle. Clients who prefer the other one are switched on their own profile, and payments, invoices and reporting all respect the cycle each client is on.

Everything else in one place

Invoice numbering and payment terms, business details and logo, notification preferences, team roles and permissions, and the client portal address all live in the same settings area — set once, and the rest of PawLoop follows.
