Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes. Starter is free forever and does not require a payment card. It includes client and pet management, scheduling, recurring walks, invoicing, payment tracking, expenses and automated business email summaries, subject to the Starter usage limits.

What happens after a Solo or Team trial?

Choose whether to continue on a paid plan, move to another available plan or stop. Starter remains free forever, and no card is collected to begin the trial.

Do I need a payment card to sign up?

No. You can create an account and use Starter without adding a card. A payment card is only required when you select a paid plan.

Are invoicing and expenses included on Starter?

Yes. Starter includes invoice generation, billing and payment tracking, plus one-off expense logging. These features are not reserved for paid plans.

What counts as a booking?

Each scheduled walk created individually or generated by a recurring loop counts towards the monthly booking allowance. Solo and Team have unlimited bookings.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move to a different plan as your business changes.

Yes. Solo is £180 per year, saving £36 compared with monthly billing. Team is £280 per year, saving £20 on the base plan. Additional walkers are billed monthly.

What counts as an additional walker on Team?

An additional walker is a staff member invited to PawLoop with their own login. They can be assigned work and given access according to their role and permissions.

Does PawLoop take a percentage of client payments?

No. PawLoop has no revenue share and no per-booking charge. PawLoop currently records payment status rather than processing online payments.

Is the client portal included on Starter?

The private client portal is included with Solo and Team. Starter users can manage clients, pets, bookings, invoices and expenses from the business application.

Are accounting integrations live?

Not yet. Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent integrations are planned and will be clearly marked when they become available. The current billing, invoicing and expense features work without them.

Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues according to the applicable billing period and plan terms.
