Time To Pet is a well-established pet sitting and dog walking platform used by a lot of businesses, mostly in the US. Time To Pet is a mature, feature-broad platform aimed at pet care businesses of all sizes, with a large US client base and pricing published in US dollars on timetopet.com.
PawLoop is built for independent dog walkers and small walking teams: pounds throughout, day-first dates, UK council licensing and Making Tax Digital context in the content, and a feature set deliberately kept to what a walker uses every day rather than everything a multi-service pet care company might need.

Recurring walks without re-entry
Most walkers run the same weekly loop: the same dogs, the same days, the same times. PawLoop treats that as the default. Set a recurring loop once and it fills the calendar forward, with one-off changes made on a single day without breaking the pattern.
The calendar is a real day and week time grid with per-walker colours, dog photos and grouped concurrent walks, so a busy morning reads at a glance.
Invoicing and payments in pounds
Invoices are built from completed walks and boarding stays, branded with your logo, sent by email, and when you mark one paid every linked booking updates with it. Payments tracking splits pending, due and paid work so you can see what's actually outstanding.
Pricing is per dog with per-client overrides, and a company billing day of the month drives the invoicing cycle, the way most independent walkers already bill.
Xero bookkeeping is on the roadmap and not live yet. We'd rather say that than imply it's there.
Walkers, roles and permissions
Invite walkers, assign them to bookings, and control what each role can see with granular permissions. A walker sees their own schedule, not your revenue. Every change is recorded in an audit log with who made it and when.
What PawLoop deliberately doesn't do
There's no client-facing mobile app for booking requests, no GPS walk tracking, and no card payment collection from your clients inside the product yet. If those are essential to how you operate, a larger platform will serve you better today.
