The payments page splits work into completed-but-uninvoiced, invoiced-and-outstanding, and settled, so chasing is a short, specific list rather than a vague worry.
Set the day of the month you bill
Tell PawLoop which day of the month you invoice on and the app organises the billing period around it, so the right walks land on the right invoice.
Per-client pricing and per-additional-dog rates are applied automatically, including multi-dog households.
A digital record of every invoice
