How to set your walk types and prices
Walk types define the services you offer — like a 30 minute solo walk or a 60 minute group walk — along with their price. Set these up once so booking is fast.
Open Business settings
In the sidebar, go to Settings, then choose the Business tab. This is where your Walk types / Services list lives.

Select Add
In the Walk types / Services card, click Add. This opens the New walk type form.
Name the walk type
Give it a clear name, like "60 min group" or "30 min solo", so it's easy to pick when booking.
Set the duration, price and colour
Enter the duration in minutes and the price in pounds. This price is per dog, per walk — PawLoop multiplies it by the number of dogs when you book.
Pick a colour to help this walk type stand out on your calendar.
- You can still override the price on any individual booking.
Set a price for extra pets from the same household (optional)
If one client books several pets on the same walk, the first pet pays full price. Add a price here for each extra pet from that household — leave it blank to charge full price for every pet.
Turn on group walks if needed
Tick "Group walk — several dogs can share this slot" if this walk type allows multiple dogs from different households at once, then set the maximum number of pets in the group.
Save the walk type
Click Save. Your new walk type now appears in the list and is ready to use when booking a walk.
