How to set service durations in hours and minutes

Durations are set in hours and minutes, so a 30 minute walk and an 8 hour day care session both work. PawLoop stores it all in minutes behind the scenes.

Open the service

Go to Settings, Business tab, Services sub-tab, then add a new service or edit an existing one.

Set the hours and minutes

Use the two duration boxes: hours first, then minutes. For a 90 minute walk, enter 1 hour and 30 minutes. For day care, enter something like 8 hours and 0 minutes.

Save the service

Select Save. From now on, picking this service on a booking fills in that duration automatically.

Override on a single booking

In the booking dialog you can change the duration for that booking only. Use the quick duration chips for common lengths, or type your own.
