How to edit or cancel a whole group booking
When several pets share a slot, PawLoop links them as a group. You can change the whole group in one step instead of editing each booking one by one.
Open a booking in the group
On the calendar, click any booking that's part of the group. Grouped bookings show the other pets sharing the slot.
Choose to edit the entire group
Select "Edit entire group". The dialog lists every client and pet in the group so you can check you have the right one before changing anything.
Change the date, time or duration
Set a new date, start time or duration. Whatever you change applies to every booking in the group.
Reassign the team member
Use the team member search to move the whole group to someone else. If that person already has something booked at the same time, PawLoop warns you and you can either pick another slot or continue anyway.
Add a note to every booking (optional)
Leave the notes field blank to keep each booking's own notes. Anything you type here is added to every booking in the group. Notes are internal only.
Save, or cancel the group
Select Save to apply the changes. To call the whole thing off, choose the cancel option and confirm with "Yes, cancel all". Every booking in the group is cancelled together.
