How to see your upcoming and past bookings
The My bookings page gives you a clear record of the care arranged for your pets.
Open Bookings
Choose Bookings from the portal menu, or tap See all my bookings beneath your next visit on the overview.
Choose Upcoming or Past
Upcoming shows what is arranged next. Past gives you a history of completed visits. Each tab shows how many records it contains.
Read the booking
Each row shows the date, service, pet and status. An exact time appears when your pet carer has chosen to share service times.
Move through older results
Use Previous and Next at the bottom when you have more than one page of bookings.
