How to check or withdraw a booking request
My requests keeps every request together and shows what happened next.
Open Requests
Choose Requests from the menu. The number at the top tells you how many requests are still pending.
Read each status
Pending means your pet carer has not answered yet. Accepted means they have approved it. Declined means they could not take it. Withdrawn means you cancelled the request.
Withdraw if your plans change
Open or use the Withdraw action on a pending request, then confirm. You cannot withdraw it here after your pet carer has accepted it.
Contact your pet carer about confirmed work
A request and a confirmed booking are different. Contact your pet carer directly if you need to change a booking that has already been accepted.
