How to request a boarding stay

A boarding request tells your pet carer the stay you would like. It is not confirmed until they accept it and add the booking.

Open Requests

Choose Requests from the menu, then tap Request booking. If Requests is not shown, contact your pet carer directly.

Choose Boarding

Select Boarding at the top of the form. This option only appears when your pet carer accepts boarding requests.

Add dates, pets and notes

Choose start and end dates, optional preferred times and the pets staying. Add anything your pet carer should know in Notes.

Send your request

Tap Send request. Return to My requests to check whether it is pending, accepted, declined or withdrawn.
