How to sign in to your pet care portal for the first time
Your pet carer will send you a personal invitation when your portal is ready. Use it to create your sign-in once, then return whenever you need to check your pet's care.
Open your invitation
Tap the invitation link from your pet carer. It opens their branded portal and confirms the email address the invitation belongs to.
Create your password
Choose a secure password and follow the button to create your account. Invitation links are personal, so do not forward yours to somebody else.
Sign in
On later visits, open your pet carer's portal address and enter your email and password.
Open your overview
After signing in, you arrive on your overview with your next visit, bills, shared photos and useful shortcuts.
