How to find your way around the client portal

Your overview brings the most useful information together. The menu takes you to the full details whenever you need them.

Check your overview

Your next visit appears first, followed by your last bill, estimated next bill and anything outstanding. Shared walk photos appear here when available.

Open the menu

On a phone, tap the menu button in the top-right corner. On a larger screen, the sections are shown across the top.

Choose what you need

Bookings, Pets, Account, Invoices and Documents are always available. Requests, Walk photos and Terms only appear when your pet carer uses those features.

Contact your pet carer

If your pet carer has added an email address, use the Message link on your overview to contact them about arrangements.
