How to update your details and change your password

Keeping your account current helps your pet carer reach you and follow the right access and emergency instructions.

Open Account

Choose Account from the portal menu, or My details from your overview.

Update your information

Check your name, phone, address, access notes, emergency contact and vet details. Your email is locked, so ask your pet carer if it needs changing.

Save changes

Tap Save changes after editing your details.

Change your password

In the Password section, enter and confirm a new password, then tap Update password. You may also be asked for your current password.
