How to agree to terms in your client portal
When your pet carer asks you to agree to their terms, your portal makes the action clear and keeps the wording available afterwards.
Look for the prompt on your overview
When terms need your attention, a clear panel appears at the top of your overview with a Read and agree button. The Terms menu item is marked too.
If the terms have changed since you last agreed, the message tells you there is an update.
Open the Terms page
Read the current wording or open the attached PDF. The page also shows the version number and the date it takes effect.
Confirm that you agree
Tick to confirm you have read the terms, add your name if asked, then tap I agree to these terms. No signature or printing is needed.
Return whenever you need to reread them
The reminder disappears and the Terms page shows when you agreed. You can return to the page whenever you want to reread the current wording.
