How to agree to terms using a shared link

Your pet carer may send you a personal terms link by email, message or text. You can use it without creating or signing in to a portal account.

Open the link from your pet carer

Tap the secure link your pet carer sent you. It is personal to you, so do not forward it to somebody else.

Check the page details

The page shows your pet carer's business name and logo, your name, the terms title, version and effective date. You do not need a password.

Read the terms

Read the wording on the page. If a PDF is attached, open or download it and read that too.

Tick the box and agree

Tick to say you have read and agree, add your name if asked, then press the agree button. No signature is needed.

Keep the confirmation

The page confirms your agreement. You can reopen the link later to reread the version you agreed to.
