How to upload proof of vaccination
Proof is attached to the record it belongs to, so the document and its dates always stay together. A photo of the card is usually enough.
Open the pet's compliance section
Select Pets, choose the pet, then scroll to the compliance section on their profile.
Add a new record or edit an existing one
Select Add record to create a new one, or the edit icon on an existing record if you already logged the dates and just need to attach the file.
Choose the file
Select the upload option in the form and pick the file from your phone or computer.
- Photos and PDFs are both fine, a clear phone photo of the card works well
- Files must be smaller than 10MB
- One file per record, so add separate records for separate documents
Check the dates match the document
Make sure the date given and expiry date on the form match what is printed on the card. The file is your evidence, the dates are what PawLoop tracks.
Save the record
Select Save. The file name now shows against the record in the list.
View it later
Select the file on the record to open it. Links are generated when you open them, so documents are never publicly available.
Replace a document
Edit the record and upload a new file to replace the old one. For a renewed vaccination, add a fresh record instead so the history is kept.
