How to add a vaccination or compliance record

Select Pets in the sidebar, then choose the pet. You can also open a pet from the client's profile.

Scroll to the compliance section on the profile. It shows an overall status pill and every requirement you have set.

Select Add record at the top of that section to open the record form.

Pick the category first, then the specific type.

• Vaccination: core vaccination, kennel cough, leptospirosis, rabies, titre test and more
• Preventative treatment: flea, worming or tick treatment
• Certificate / compliance: vet certificate, medical exemption or insurance
• Custom: anything else, give it your own title

Enter the date given and the expiry date from the vaccination card or receipt.

The expiry date is what drives tracking. Leave it blank and the record simply shows as Recorded, it will never chase you.

Provider is the vet practice or supplier. Product is the brand or name used. Reference is a batch or certificate number. Notes are for anything else.

All of these are optional, they are there for evidence if you ever need it.

Use the upload option to attach a photo of the card or a PDF certificate. See the guide on uploading proof for the detail.

Select Save. The record appears in the list with a status pill.

• Valid: in date with more than 30 days to run
• Due soon: expires within the next 30 days
• Expired: the expiry date has passed
• Recorded: no expiry date was entered

When a booster or treatment is repeated, add a new record of the same type. The newest becomes the current one and the older record moves into history, so you keep the full trail.

Use the edit icon to correct a mistake, or the bin icon to delete a record you added by accident.
