How to set what you need on file

Go to Settings, select the Clients tab, then the Compliance sub-tab.

If you cannot see it, the feature is switched off. Turn it on in Settings, Business, Features first.

PawLoop starts you off with a sensible list: core vaccination, kennel cough, worming, flea treatment and a recorded microchip.

Nothing is checked until you save, so these are only suggestions to edit.

Use the tick box on each row to include it in your checks. Anything switched off is ignored completely.

Required items produce a hard warning when they are missing or expired.

Optional items are still tracked and shown, they just do not flag the pet as non-compliant.

Use the picker at the bottom to add another requirement, then select Add.

• Vaccinations such as leptospirosis, rabies, parvovirus or a titre test
• Preventative treatments such as tick treatment
• Certificates such as a vet certificate, medical exemption or insurance
• Pet information you already store, such as microchip or vet details
• A custom requirement with your own title, for example a signed behaviour form

Select the bin icon on any row to take it off the list. Existing records stay on the pet, they just stop being checked.

Select Save requirements. Every pet is re-checked straight away, so head to Pets, Compliance to see where you stand.
