How to share an invoice on WhatsApp

Most clients answer WhatsApp faster than email. PawLoop can open WhatsApp with the invoice details and a secure link already written for you.

Add the client's mobile number

Open the client's profile and make sure a mobile number is saved. Without one, the WhatsApp option asks you to add it first.

Open the invoice

Go to Invoices, then open the invoice you want to send.

Select Share via WhatsApp

PawLoop creates a secure link to the invoice and opens WhatsApp with a message ready to go, addressed to that client's number.

Check and send

Edit the wording if you want, then send. The client opens the link and sees the invoice in their browser, no account or login needed.
