How to set up group pricing

Go to Settings, choose Business, then Pricing groups. It sits just under Services.

You need permission to see pricing, so team members on a role with money hidden will not see this page.

Select Add group and give it a name you will recognise later, for example Legacy rates or Multi pet households.

Every walk and day care service is listed with your standard price. Type the price you want this group to pay.

Leave a service blank to keep your standard price for it. You only need to fill in the ones that differ.

Search your client list and tick everyone who belongs in the group.

If a client is already in another group, PawLoop shows which one, so you do not move someone by accident.

Saving applies the group prices to every client in it straight away. From then on their bookings are priced at the group rate, exactly as if you had set a price on each client individually.

Edit the group, change the price and save. Everyone in the group moves to the new price at the same time.

Bookings you have already created keep the price they were made at. New bookings use the new price.

Untick a client and save, and their group prices are cleared, so they go back to your standard prices.

Deleting a group does the same for everyone in it.

If you change one client's prices on their own record, they leave the group. That keeps their hand set price safe from the next group update. Add them back to the group at any time to put them on the group price again.
