How to show or hide service times in the client portal
Clients like knowing when you're coming, but a fixed time you can't always hit causes calls. This setting lets you choose, and it's off by default.
Open your portal configuration
Go to Settings, choose the Clients tab, then the Portal configuration sub-tab.
Find the times setting
Look for "Show service times to clients". It is switched off unless you turn it on.
Turn it on if you want times shown
With it on, clients see the exact time for anything in the next 7 days. Anything further ahead still shows the date only, so you keep flexibility in your longer-term planning.
Check how it looks
Use "Log in as" on a client to see their portal exactly as they do, and confirm it reads the way you want.
