How to understand your plan limits

Open your plan

Go to Settings, choose the "Your account" tab, then the Plan sub-tab.

Read the usage summary

The usage summary shows clients, pets, bookings and active team members, each against your current plan's limit.

Watch for the in-app notice

When you're close to a limit, a notice appears on the relevant page. When you hit it, adding another record is blocked until you upgrade or free up space.

Upgrade if you need more

From the Plan sub-tab, compare plans and switch. The new limits apply straight away.
