How the referral programme works
Every PawLoop account has its own referral code and link. Share it with another dog walker, and when they sign up you both get a month free — automatically, with nothing to claim by email.
Open the Referrals tab
Go to Settings and select the Referrals tab. This is where your referral code and link live, along with your free months and everyone you've referred so far.
Copy your code or link
Select Copy code or Copy link under Your referral code. Share it however suits you — a message to a walker you know, a local Facebook group, or the bottom of an email.
Wait for them to sign up
When someone creates their PawLoop account through your link, the referral is recorded automatically against both accounts — there's no code to enter and nothing for either of you to claim by email.
Check your free months
Back on the Referrals tab, Free months earned shows how many free months you've built up. Businesses you've referred lists everyone who has joined and when.
Claim your free months
If a Claim free months button is showing, select it to apply your free months — either as extra free trial time or as account credit against your upcoming invoices, depending on your billing set-up.
Keep referring
There's no cap on how many people you refer. Free months stack, so referring three walkers gives you three months of PawLoop free waiting on your account.
