How to manage your plan and billing

Go to Settings and select the Plan & Billing tab. If you're the account owner, you'll see two sub-tabs: Plan and Payment details.

If you're still within your free trial, a banner at the top tells you how many days are left and when it ends, so there are no surprises.

The Plan sub-tab shows a usage summary — Clients, Pets, Bookings and Active walkers — each compared against your current plan's limits.

Use the monthly/yearly toggle to see pricing either way, then compare the Starter, Solo and Team plans side by side, including their core limits and highlighted features.

Select Upgrade to [plan] or Downgrade to [plan] on the plan you want. A confirmation window shows how your usage compares to the new plan's limits before you confirm with Move to [plan].

If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's limits — for example too many clients or walkers — you'll see exactly what's blocking it before you can switch.

Select the Payment details sub-tab to add or change your card. Nothing is charged until you add a card — that's what starts your subscription, and the first payment is taken then.
