How to turn pick-up and drop-off tracking on or off
Pick-up and drop-off tracking adds Picked up and Dropped off buttons to today's schedule. This is useful if you collect pets from home, drop them back after a walk, or want a record of when each handover happened. The setting is on by default, but you can turn it off at any time.
Open the scheduling settings
Go to Settings, choose the Business tab, then the Scheduling sub-tab.
Switch pick-up and drop-off tracking on or off
Find "Track pick-up and drop-off". Turn it on to show the buttons on today's schedule, or off to hide them. The change saves straight away and applies to everyone in your business.
Record a pick-up
When the setting is on, open your dashboard and find the walk on today's schedule. Select Picked up when you collect the pet.
For a group or household card, every walk on that card is marked picked up together, and a progress chip shows how many households have been collected.
Record a drop-off
When the pet is back home, select Dropped off. PawLoop records the time and marks the walk complete at the same time, so there is no extra step.
See the recorded times
Open the walk from the calendar or the client record. The quick view and the edit screen both show the pick-up and drop-off times once they exist.
