How to record walk start and end times
If you want a record of when a walk actually started and finished, PawLoop can add Start walk and End walk buttons to today's schedule. The setting is off unless you turn it on, and marking a walk complete still works exactly as it did before.
Turn the setting on
Go to Settings, choose the Business tab, then the Scheduling sub-tab.
Switch on "Track walk start and end times". It saves straight away and applies to everyone in your business.
Start a walk
Open your dashboard and find the walk on today's schedule. Select "Start walk" when you set off.
PawLoop records the time you pressed it. For a group or household card, every walk on that card is started together.
End the walk
When you finish, select "End walk". PawLoop records the end time and marks the walk complete at the same time, so there is no extra step.
See the recorded times
Open the walk from the calendar or the client record. The quick view and the edit screen both show the start and end times once they exist.
