How to add a pet photo and microchip number
A photo makes handovers and daily lists much easier for a new team member, and the microchip number is worth having on file if a pet ever goes missing.
Open the pet
Go to Pets in the sidebar and select the pet, or open the client and pick the pet from their profile.
Edit the pet
Select Edit to open the pet's details.
Add a photo
Select the photo area and choose an image from your phone or computer. Photos need to be under 5MB. You'll see a preview before you save, and you can remove it later at any time.
Enter the microchip number
Type the microchip number into the microchip field. It's stored on the pet's profile alongside their other details.
Save
Select Save. The photo shows on the pet's profile, in lists and on the calendar where pets appear.
