How to change the notifications you receive

Go to Settings from the sidebar, then select the Notifications tab.

Only the account owner can change these settings — everyone else sees them read-only.

Tick Send the daily walk list to have each walker emailed their timetable for the day — dogs, owners and pickup addresses — every morning at the time you choose.

This goes to every active walker who has an email address on file. If someone is missing one, PawLoop tells you here so you can add it in Business settings.

Tick Send the weekly revenue report to get a snapshot of the week's earnings from walks and boarding, sent to the account owner on the day and time you pick.

Tick Send the boarding reminder so owners and admins get a note the day before a boarding stay begins, with arriving dogs, drop-off and pick-up times, and any notes. Walkers don't receive this one.

Tick Send the billing day summary to get an email on your billing date showing everything ready to invoice — the total unbilled amount plus a breakdown by client. Only the owner receives this.

Use the Send now button under any notification to trigger it immediately, without waiting for its scheduled time — handy for checking it looks right.

Click Save notifications once you're happy — your changes apply from the next scheduled send.
