How to find your history and audit log

History shows what happened in your business. The audit log shows what changed in PawLoop. Between them you can answer almost any "who did that?" question.

Open History

Go to History in the sidebar. This lists everything that's happened, bookings, boarding stays and payments, newest first.

Switch to the audit log

Select the "Audit log" tab at the top of the page. This records every change made in the system, with the person who made it and the time.

Open an entry to see the detail

Entries show what changed, including the before and after values, so you can see exactly which field moved.

Narrow it down

Use the filters and search to focus on a person, a record or a date range when you're chasing something specific.
