How clients see their walk photos
When you share a photo, it appears for that client the next time they open their portal. They only ever see photos shared with them or with all your clients. Nothing belonging to another client is ever visible.
They see the newest photos on their home page
Signed in to the portal, a client sees a Walk photos strip with the five newest photos shared with them, and a link to see them all. If nothing has been shared yet, the strip doesn't appear at all.
They open the Walk photos page
The Walk photos tab shows everything shared with them, grouped by week with the newest first, in a simple grid that works well on a phone.
They open and save a photo
Tapping a photo opens it full size, with arrows to move through the rest. Save or Download keeps a copy on their phone.
You control whether photos appear at all
Go to Settings, Business, Client portal and use Show walk photos in the client portal. It's on by default.
Switching it off hides the strip and the Walk photos page from every client. Nothing is deleted, you keep using Photo Hub as normal, and switching it back on restores what was shared.
