Can I see another client's private photos?

No. You only see photos shared with you, or photos your pet carer has chosen to share with all clients.

Do I need a portal account to see photos?

Yes. Shared walk photos are available after you sign in to your client portal.

Can I see who else a photo was shared with?

No. You see the photo itself, not pet tags, other client names or internal sharing settings.

Why has a photo disappeared?

Your pet carer may have stopped sharing it or removed it. A copy you already saved to your phone remains there.

How to view and save your walk photos

Photos your pet carer shares with you appear privately in your portal. You never see their sharing settings or another client's private information.

See the newest photos on your overview

Your newest shared photos appear under Walk photos on the overview. Tap View all photos to open the complete gallery. If no photos have been shared, this section stays hidden.

Open Walk photos

Choose Walk photos from the menu. Your photos are grouped by week, with the newest first.

Open and save a photo

Tap a photo to open it full size. Swipe or use the arrows to move through the gallery. Tap the save icon to open your phone's share sheet, then choose Save Image to put it in Photos. On a computer, the button downloads the image.

If Walk photos is not shown

Your pet carer controls whether Walk photos is available and which images are shared with you. Ask them if you expected to see a photo that is not there.
