How to view your pets and their details

Your Pets page keeps each pet's profile and care history together. The details you can change depend on the settings chosen by your pet carer.

Open Pets

Choose Pets from the menu to see every pet on your account.

Choose a pet

Tap a pet to open their profile. You can check their breed, date of birth, size, gender, weight and microchip number.

Update the available details

Change the fields shown as editable, then tap Save details. You can also change or remove the pet's photo.

Check history and records

Use Upcoming, Past and Boarding to see that pet's bookings. If your pet carer allows it, you can also add vaccination or other compliance records and proof files.
