How to add your client portal to your phone home screen
You can save your pet carer's portal to your home screen, so it opens from an icon like an app.
Open your portal in your browser
Sign in to your pet carer's normal portal address on your phone.
On iPhone, open the Share menu
Use Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App switched on and tap Add.
On Android, open the browser menu
In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app, then confirm.
Use the new icon
Tap the icon whenever you want to return to your portal. You normally stay signed in on that device until you sign out.
