How to turn automatic push notifications on or off

Automatic push notifications go out on their own when something happens in PawLoop. Each one is off until you switch it on, and each only reaches people who have the matching PawLoop app with notifications switched on.

Open the automatic notification settings

Go to Notifications in the sidebar, choose the Push notifications tab, then the Settings tab.

Settings are grouped into the PawLoop Clients app (sent to your clients) and the PawLoop Walkers app (sent to your team).

New invoice (PawLoop Clients app)

Sent when a client's invoice is marked as sent, if they have the app with notifications on. Invoices hidden from the portal are skipped.

New photos (PawLoop Clients app)

Sent when photos are shared with a client, tagged with their pets, or shared with all clients. Each client gets at most one an hour. Private photos never send one.

Booking request update (PawLoop Clients app)

Sent when you accept or decline a client's booking request.

Leave decision (PawLoop Walkers app)

Sent to a team member when their leave request is approved or declined. Auto-approved leave doesn't send one.

Meet & greet assignment (PawLoop Walkers app)

Sent to a team member when they are added to or removed from a meet & greet. The person making the change isn't notified.

Switch a notification on or off

Use the toggle on the right of each notification. The badge next to its name shows On or Off. Changes apply straight away.

Expand a notification with the arrow to edit its title and message and see a preview.
